About Us
Less Privileged Ghana Foundation is a non-beneficiary organization certified by the Registrar General Department of Ghana. Under the direction of its Founder, Emmanuel Appiah Warden, in 2015 the organization first opened its doors to a partnership with the Head of the Optometry Department, University of Cape Coast. Through this partnership, Less Privileged Ghana Foundation was able to provide free eye screenings with medication to over 1500 KEEA (Komenda Edina Eguafo Abirem) municipal school children.
Since then, Less Privileged Ghana Foundation has partnered with numerous reputable companies and organizations to serve over 10,000 members of the Ghanaian community and counting.
Our Mission
To provide resources where women and youth in deprived communities in Ghana can overcome barriers through programs that bridge the gap and promote new opportunities.
Our Vision
We believe that every young person and woman in Ghana needs a chance to reach their full potential. Therefore, we offer education and health programs that help communities develop vocational and entrepreneurial skills. These skills will build stability and will benefit the community at large.
